Robert N. Mitro, DO, received his degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his fellowship in nephrology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine. Dr. Mitro is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (F.A.C.P.).

Dr. Mitro is married with two children. He enjoys traveling and sports, especially hockey.
