Ronald A Lutes DO is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and has been practicing for over 25 years, serving the Monongahela Valley and the Uniontown areas. A 1980 graduate of Charleroi Area High School, he received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at Saint Vincent College and was graduated with his D.O. degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988. He completed his medicine residency at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia and completed his nephrology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.

While at Monongahela Valley Hospital, Dr. Lutes, has served as President of the Medical Staff, chairman of Pharmacy and Therapeutics, member of the Executive committee and chair of Department of Medicine.

Dr. Lutes believes in treating his patients with compassion, respect, and honesty. He treats all patients the way he expects his loved ones and family members to be treated!

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and especially his precious grandchildren, occasionally trying to fit in a round of golf. He is an avid fan of local high school sports and all the Pittsburgh sport teams.
